I can't praise the guys at Webtogs enough for there help. I found the products I wanted easily and they came very quickly.
I bought the wrong size jacket (duh), so needed to return it and that was easy too. The guy on the phone (Mike or Matt ?) was brilliant.
I'll definitely be back for more. Hopefully there will be a January sale !
I ordered two fleeces. They arrived in fair time, but were really really poor quality and way overpriced. Not fitting the ''Exceptionally warm'' statement from them at all. So I had to send them back for a refund. I would of sent them back for an exchange but they had low stock levels of anything else suitable.
When I went to log in to their website to sort the return out, it turned out they had deleted my account, so I then had to phone up and sort it that way. So much for the ''Hassle free returns''. I was told they would sort out my account, but still after weeks it does not exist.
Also, which is the most annoying thing, is they did not give me a full refund, They told me they would deduct £3.50 from my refund. But the Deducted more than double that. Even though the products were sent back for being poor quality and not fit for purpose or the silly high price and not fitting the description properly.
Webtogs have been nothing but difficult, sly and untruthful about this whole affair. All they have ever tried to do make excuses, prove me wrong and justify their mistakes with this order. I can supply order number etc, as I suspect Webtogs will attempt to get the honest and factual review removed.

You told me you would deduct £3.50 only to cover the cost of the return. This is OK as it complies with the distance selling regulations. BUT you deducted over double that. As per the distance selling regulations, I am to receive all money I paid to you back including the outbound postage, regardless of the reason for return. And I was to cover the return postage, which is £3.50 as you have stated. You are very wrong here and are acting like a rouge trader.
I have no issue with having paid the return postage cost, as you seem to think, but with you not refunding me in full by deducting the outbound postage. You are falling short here.
I have used Webtogs loads over the past few years and they are my go to place for outdoor gear. Everything is super easy , really slick , and I am well informed all the way to my lovely new kit arriving.

I had the pleasure to deal with these guys recently and I have to say that its great to finally find a on line outdoor retailer that really knows what they are talking about.
I purchased a number of items as part of a large order and everything was perfect. I needed a couple of things that I was not sure about and I went with what they recommended and in every case they were spot on.
I placed my order over the phone well after the cut of time for next day delivery but nothing was to much trouble for them and they rushed the order trough and all my kit arrive first thing the following day.
One of the Jackets I ordered is slightly to small so I needed to send it back to change it for a larger size, to many pies and not enough running I think. I was bowled over to see that all I needed to do was stick a postage paid label on the parcel and the whole process for getting the right size was completely free. I sent the jacket back on the Monday and on Tuesday afternoon I had a email telling me it had been shipped then on Thursday afternoon I got my replacement Jacket in the right size , now that what all internet shopping should be like.
Webtogs have the best customer service I have ever experienced and wont hesitate to buy from them again.
I was looking to buy a warm coat this winter and was a bit unsure about size and fit of the couple of designs I had chosen. One call to Webtogs customer service and it was all sorted. Lots of really friendly and helpful advise allowed me to make an informed decision. I wanted to pay for next day delivery but had called after the 2pm cut off but the chap on the end of the phone rushed it through for me and it arrived the next morning! I am now warm and dry and (if I do say do myself) looking rather fetching in my new coat. Thank a lot Webtogs. Will make you my first port of call for all future purchases of great outdoor gear.
I ordered a full-zip fleece jacket from Webtogs last week, along with a pair of gloves and some base layers, having received some very helpful guidance from the 'human being' on the end of the phone. Without his help I would have been totally lost!
I was struggling to find a suitable Christmas present for my grandfather, who had specified only that he wanted 'a fleece'. The customer service operative helped me gage his size and the warmth of the various designs in their stock, going way above and beyond his responsibilities in order that I find just what I (or rather my granddad) was looking for. He even ran to the warehouse to compare fleeces directly, and got his office colleagues to try them on. I must have been on the line for about 15 minutes, which is not something I've experienced elsewhere.
Having received such top-quality service I will certainly be shopping with Webtogs again, and have no doubt that my grandfather will be a very happy man when he opens his present on Christmas day! If he's not, I'm assured I've got 60 days to send the fleece back for a free exchange, which again is great.

After a quick call to their very helpful customer service guys for advice, I placed my order online. Even with the free delivery service, my stuff arrived in 2 days.
There's a great selection of products, so I was able to pick and choose the right things for my next trip, and sorted out a few Christmas presents too :-)

Ordered pair of Keen shoes. Phoned for help on website- I'm 78 and rather slow with the variations I find between websites[Sainsbury/ waitrose/ Ocado] Help given in very friendly and unpatronising way. Product delivered next day. Shoes came with both white and matching colour laces which is a very thoughtful idea. I am delighted with Webtogs aand will deal readily with them again. Also 60 day no quibble terms cant be bad.

First time I'd used this company but would definitely use them again. They actually came up in a web search when I was looking for a North Face travel bag. The price was very competitive so I checked a few other reviews to verify they seemed legit. The web site was very clear and I ordered the product. There were plenty of options for delivery depending on if you prefer quick or cheaper. I wasn't in a rush so choose the cheaper option yet the bag I'd ordered arrived within a couple of days and I still got an email with a tracking number. Item was in perfect condition and exactly as shown on the site. Faultless.

Once I've decided I want to buy something, this time it was Firelight waterproof pants and a long-sleeved Aeon Plus top, I want it quickly.
The top went on straight away although we were having summer (28 degrees celsius) and that's how it's been.
The pants will have their baptism when I go over the Pyrenees in September.
I purchased a pair of Keen walking boots for a forthcoming walking safari in Africa. The boots were great at the start but after 80 or so days I noticed that the right boot was tight-fitting. On examination, the inner lining was no longer smooth, creating a tightness which was uncomfortable on long walks.
Webtogs provide a 60 day no hassle return policy but here was I at 80 days down the line. Fear not, customer services were very helpful, sending me a freepost label to return the boots and yesterday, a week after I first reported the problem, the new boots arrived!
During the entire process Webtogs were simply superb- they obviously place a high priority on customer service which will be rewarded by customers both trusting them and hopefully returning to them for future business.
