EASY TO FIND,EASY TO ORDER, EASY TO BUY
my first time ever shopping with vio-vet, they were amazing, had a query about dates on dog food when buying large bag, and reply was nearly immediate. ordering goods great easy site to use. the delivery company could not fault. Will always shop with vio-vet.
Was told about vio-vet by Blue Cross rescue where I found my amazing dog now with me three weeks.

Outstanding Customer Service!!
I have placed telephone orders with V iovet over the last 12 months on their freephone number and have always been astonished with the polite and efficent manner of their staff. Without fail the order has arrived in the post the following morning even when I have not placed the telephone order until the afternoon. (They allow 24 hours but have always been quicker.) The representatives are informative and helpful and advise you on any offers you might be interested in without being 'pushy'.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Viovet and feel sure my two springers and our welsh collie would agree!!!

VioVet...the best 'our Jack' could get!!
Very pleased with the ease of ordering online and the prompt delivery. The prices were great for the Hill's Metabolic range that the Vet recommended for our aging and, slightly overweight, Catalan Sheep Dog! Jack loves the food and Mum loves the home delivery option as she is unable to carry it from a store...however near!!
I like the fact that both Mum and her beloved Jack have what they both need...quality service...quality food...no over-the-top prices and FREE delivery! (Perhaps I could get Mum on it too.haha)
I would highly recommend VioVet to anyone...or should I say anyone's PET. :)

Got it next day
Very pleased with this Internet Co. Poppy had ear mites. Ordered some Canker powder. Job done 3 days later all cleared up.Saved a visit to the vets. Bob

Once again yur service was brilliant, I was having a problem ordereing online so I called and your assistant sorted my problem out in a trice.

superb prices and friendly professional service
i'd run out of metacam that 1 of my labradors Ben needs. i contacted viovet and told them of my predicament. i received a reply an hour later informing me that the medication my dog required had already been sent to me! it arrived less than 24 hours later! another example of the wonderful, efficient service from the friendly staff at viovets. i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a brand of dog food and received the goods 24 hours later. The couriers were excellent with up to dates either on email or texts.The added bonus was which hour slot you could expect your delivery, saved you having to wait in all day or it.Will definitely use again

Frontline for dogs
I got frontline for all my dogs from this website. It is easy to use and you pay with paypal which I think is great. No running around for my purse and having to fill in all the details. Onnce I had order my bits, I got an email confirming my purchase. Also a number to ring if I was not happy. The item was posted strait away and I got it withing 2 days. Super fast posting. This website will also remember what you have bought so next time I want some frontline it will be there for me no hunting around for it. The price was also very good. Up until now I have bought my frontline from a local shop. I got this al least 50% cheaper. I will be back again next time I need some frontline which will be in 4 months time. Another thing they will do for me is send me an reminder. Great for forgetful people like me. I would recommend this website for everybody.

Not Recommended
I used Viovet for the first time in April, due to my dog needing a veterinary diet for the first time. My order arrived with various itemed damaged, and Viovet refused to refund, and were only happy to credit my account with half the cost of damaged items, despite the fact that I emailed photos of the damage. I then tried to use the credit, and was charged postage. On receipt of 'Sensitive' treats, I realised they were 30% fat, this info. was not available on the website prior to ordering. I returned the items and was told that i would be charged 10% for reshelving the items. I wasn't actually charged this, and I was refunded - but I will not be using them again, as they really don't appear to be professional or caring.
