All one could wish for.
Friendly & intelligent advice. Very speedy next day delivery.Part of the package was faulty & when it was apparent that it could not be sorted over the phone, they arranged for me to return the first order & I received the replacement order the day after they received the 1st item. Friendly, polite & helpful at all times. I would definitely use them again & have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent website with very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Completely nailed the website redesign - very easy to use site, completely informative, straight to the point with well presented information without any spammy content, which makes a nice change. An example for other companies to follow!
We recently ordered a Panasonic KX-FC265E-T fax machine which was delivered to us just a few days ago. Although it is too early to write a review of the product purchased, we would like to state for the record that not only was our order process smooth and flawless, but that the follow up communications regarding the delivery were absolutely fantastic.

Highly efficient company
Can't fault the service. I ordered a set of phones on Wednesday lunchtime, they arrived the following lunchtime. Not only were my goods despatched quickly but I was also kept constantly updated with delivery details and so knew exactly when my parcel would arrive. I normally order telephones directly from BT but after this experience I would certainly check out this company first...

Rang all the right bells!
We found this company by chance while searching for the best price online and we're so glad we did. The phone we chose is of far better quality than others we've looked at elsewhere and looks great in our sitting room. The old fashioned ring tone is particularly pleasing. Communication re our order was excellent and delivery very prompt - the 'phone was with us within 2 days. All in all we couldn't ask for better service and won't hesitate to use the company again. Next day ! Second to none
Placed order wednesday afternoon, recieved goods 10.30 thursday morning, could not believe it. Product was as stated and of excellent quality, i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody and would certainly buy from them again.

Excellent Service
I don't normally write reviews in fact this is my first. I would recommend this company to anyone. They did exactly what they said, they would do.
I ordered a phone & headset bundle on the 8/10/12 and it arrived the morning of 10/10/12 I even got an email with and hour delivery slot and the guy was here bang on time. The product was well packaged when I opened everything was there and was up and running in a minute. Will definitely be using again.

Outstanding service!
I bought the phone bundle (Phone & Headset) and am delighted with the service and products. The goods were delivered quickly. I noticed that part of the Headset was missing so I emailed the company and was told they would send the part out immediately and I rec'd it within 2 days so I am very happy. Prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

5 star Service!
5 Star Service! Really impressed.
Ordered a phone over the internet on a Saturday afternoon. Got an email to confirm my order straight away. An email on Monday confirming my order with a delivery date to see if it was convenient. Then, another later on Monday to confirm the date AND a 1hr delivery slot AND the drivers name!!! Not used to this service.
It arrived on time, well packed, correct item. So big thumbs up!

Fantastic company and service
Wow! I'm impressed. Not only did the company process and dispatch my order really quickly, but I got an email with a specific time frame for my order to be delivered - highly unusual and REALLY helpful - saying it would be between 12.07 and 1.07 today, but lo and behold, at 12.07 my doorbell rang .... Excellent Product, Brilliant Service!
I ordered a telephone exchange for our small business from the highly informative and helpful website. It was delivered the following day by a courier I hadn't come across before who gave us a (spot on) hour's window when he would be arriving. Best experience ever with a delivery service.
The exchange works better than I could have hoped. This is the first time I have ordered anything from PMC Telecom but it certainly won't be the last!

1st time used them and will certainly recommend.
Ordered late friday and delivered by lunch time monday. Also provided a link which on monday morning showed me it was at local depot and which hour time slot it would be delivered to me.
also, presales customer service/help was excellent, as was the ordering service, following emails etc.
cant recommend highly enough and will use again.
Was Duke telephone - looks better than photo and sounds really good too, very good replica, looks amazing

Excellent service and info
The item I ordered arrived the next day. Information on the website was very clear and concise and the whole buying experience was a pleasure.
The item I bought was the Jabra pro 9470 headset using the office to answer telephone calls via my desk phone and also Skype and also use for dictation which I'm using right now with great success!
I will certainly be buying from this company again.

Small After Sales Problem
I bought a Panasonic TEA308 PABX system. Sale was easy and the delivery prompt. I subsequently needed some technical help. Panasonic do not provide help if you decide to fit this unit yourself (Description said 'small' amount of electrical knowledge required), there is NO technical backup. You MUST have an authorised fitter install this item as technical help from Panasonic is ONLY available to them.
If you decide to fit this yourself you are on your own. Fitting may be easy but you do need some telephone knowledge, particularly when it comes to the programming. A course with BT would help!

Went out of way to help
We needed an answering machine urgently as one of ours broke down and it was the end of the day. I called to order - it was not in stock where I called so they told me that they would check if it was in another of their locations. They called back within a few minutes to confirm this and it arrived the next day - that is very good service.
The price was competitive too and delivery cost reasonable.
Great to find a company that puts service so high.

Excellent
Very good service. A quick phone call helped me to choose compatible additional cordless handset for my base unit. Goods arrived this morning. My 70 year old brain fell at the first post as there was no manual with item but a phone call quickly pointed me in the right direction on the website and I was able to download the instructions. Handset now registered with my base unit and working perfectly - many thanks! Made my first phone call with it two minutes ago. Now to set about filling my phone book with my favourite people!

Fantastic Service
I sent an email asking for advice on the best product for moderate call use, I wanted a binaural headset and telephone and didn't want to pay huge amounts of money for it. I was emailed a response the next day, I placed the order for the recommended product which arrived the following day. I recommend this company 100% and will be using them again. Thanks for the fabulous service and advice. The product you recommended is far superior to anything I could find elsewhere at a better price too.

Excellent Service and product
I came across PMC Telecom on the internet as i was looking for a particular type of old fashioned telephone. I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I placed my order I received various confirmations of order and delivery. I ordered the classical GPO 1938S Duke Telephone. The quality of the telephone was better than I had expected and was very authentic. I had purchased this as a birthday present for a friend. He was extremely pleased with it!

Top line service
Ordered a retro phone and from looking through the online catalogue to ordering the phone I required was a simple process.
Ordered on a Friday and the phone was delivered on the Monday.Delivery was at the time stated on the e-mail.
Have to admit best service from an on-line company yet.

Excellent service & communication!
I actually e-mailed the company before I even got the delivery as I was so impressed with them letting me know exactly when I was going to receive it, so saving me a huge amount of time without me even having to ask. If the answer phone we have received (again in excellent time) is as good as their customer service we would certainly use them again for other things!

Excellent service

First Rate Company
This was an extension phone to our domestic phones. Rocket fast delivery, but there was a difficulty in registering the new handset to the base station unit - my fault for misinterpreting the instructions!!!
Got in touch by email on the evening & had a reply waiting for me on arrival from work the following day to ring Paul @ Pmctelecom. Got through without any difficulty & he talked me through the procedure and lo and behold it works a treat.
So, excellent product, fast delivery and a superb afterservice. I recomend this Company 100% & WILL use them again. in addition to this their prices are very very competative.

Excellant Service
Initial phone on schedule as per delivery details but it devloped a fault after a couple weeks. Spoke to PMC returns details emailed and sent back and replacement provided within two days.
Excellant service and dealt with the situation with minimum fuss.
Products will always go wrong key to this was the way it was dealt with and that was first class.

The Best Service Ever!!!!
I went new school and bought one the Gigaset viop phone with its corresponding base.
I had some issues with the battery and the base making a noise. I gave them a call and they were really pleasant. I sent the stuff back and in 2 days had the new base and my phone is up and running once again.
I love the phone and can alternate between viop calls and the land line.
This is by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. Would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent buy
Although the order was placed on a Sat evening it was processed very quickly. Information regarding progress was constantly upgraded.
delivery was on the fol Tuesday morning with a 1hr time slot being given. this was achieved.
Well done to a company giving excellent customer service.

I received an e-mail this morning to say my item would be delivered between 11.49 hours and 12.49 hours. Its the first time a delivery was so specific usually you have to waste a whole day waiting for delivery.My delivery arrives at approx 12.00 absolutely brilliant.

I'm really pleased with my phone. I ordered an old-style phone for my father's birthday. I ordered it on the 4th July, it arrived on the 6th. I was kept up to date all the time and it was delivered at the time they said so I didn't have to wait in all day. The staff at PMC Telecom were very friendly and helpful - I will definitely be ordering from this company again

Brilliant service
I wanted to take a new hearing assisted telephone to my mother who is quite deaf, so I phoned to order and check delivery times to ensure it would arrive in good time. Five Star - Definately
I have to say that PMCs Customer Service is second to none.
I ordered one evening - and the parcel was with me the next day - unfortunately there was a slight problem with the handset - I made a phone call at 10am that day to them - and a replacement was with me 22 hrs later- fantastic!!
The product is good quality - and we love it (GPO200 Classic)
