I ordered a photo card and small crate of ale for my fathers birthday, didn't turn up on his birthday, although ordered 7 days before his birthday. I have tried on several occasions to track the Parcel via DPD, unfortunately, to no avail. I feel that I have been let down by Moonpig. I did also email the company on the 4th of March, and again no response. I would definitely advise people to strongly consider using this company. What a shame as on the face of it - appeared to fit exactly what I require as my Father lives some 150 miles from me, and i would have used them for other relatives future presents. :-((
Have used Moonpig for a few years....cards always arrived on time and are a good quality...just ordered another so hope I'm not tempting fate by saying that :) haven't had cause to use the customer service up to now so can't comment on how efficient they are....think the search option was better on the old site...if you search for a certain card eg son, age and so forth.. it doesn't really come up with what you asked for...but apart from that cannot fault the site.
I love moonpig! They are super reliable and that's such a key thing when sending cards and gifts to friends and family. the printing of the cards always looks fab which is also lovely.I always have a very positive experience ordering from moonpig :) thank you for being brilliant!
I have used Moonpig's cards for several years and have been delighted with the quality of the card and envelope and their vast choice of cards. Having Gout in my fingers means that my hand writing is very erratic, painful to carry out and not easy to read! It is such a pleasure to choose the style of lettering, colour and size of wording to reflect my mood, and to see it develop as I write. Being mechanically minded I get very confused with digital 'stuff', but Moonpig are very patient and always get me through whatever problem I have! I have had only one card arrive late but have to say, however, that weekends are most frustrating when I need help and there's no one there! But for this I would have awarded 5 stars, but as I can't give 4.75 stars, sad to say ,it has to be 4 stars.
I ordered my card online using my mobile as that's where the pictures were, got through and pressed confirm it kept switching between pages I thought I done pre pay it had just charged my card, I then noticed that I had an error on one of the cards every time I tried to change it kept going back to the home screen so I'm going to end with a card that says happy birthday to the wrong person, you try to call and it says to leave a message but you don't even know your calling moonpig, there's no thankyou but sorry our offices are closed it says you've reached a mailbox for a random number, scared to leave a message as not sure if it's even the right number, not good customer service at all
Have been using Moonpig for years. I live in Oz, but friends and family are scattered throughout the world. I prepay so I get the 20% discount, love getting a reminder when someones birthday or special occasion is due. Using Moonpig not only saves me money, as the cards get posted in UK at their rate of postage. If I was to buy a card here and post to UK, it would cost me a small fortune using Australia Post who have recently doubled their postage costs ( ready to sell off the whole entity to a private company) .Every card I have sent has always arrived on time. Huge selection of cards, sure beats hanging around a card shop, where cards have been prehandled and made grubby by heaven knows how many folks beforehand! Thanks Moonpig, for making my busy life a wee bit easier.
Ordered a belated card on a Saturday. Spent ages personalising it. Order confirmed but no card preview showing. Got an order confirmation email but no image of card showing. Went back to moon pig website and http error so can't access it. Tried to ring customer services but they only work Monday to Friday! Now what do I do? Is my card order going through or not - I doubt they have the image either. Can do nothing but wait and so if order arrives - very poor service for an online only company. Do they think people don't need help on weekends? I am sure they will have taken payment for it. I will now have to order a second card from another site just in case!
Update. Have checked the website again today (Sunday) and card is now showing. Obviously relieved but still unhappy at lack of support available.
Have not receive my order! Phone them twice .. They said they would resend it. But didn't put anything on the system!! So i didnt recieve my order in the end i had to cancel it! Very disapointing! And it the 1st time of me ording frm them! Never again!! Sucks.com!!
I recommend Moonpig to everyone, in fact I'll work for free promoting them, I think they're excellent value for money, and will always buy my cards from here from now on!! If I had more money I'd buy the gifts as well, but unfortunately at the moment, I'm poor, not even a washing machine to my name. Anyway, back to Moonpig cards, never mind the fact that you can personalize them, the quality of the cards is amazing, in fact I might even go as far as to say that they're undercharging......(dear Moonpig..... please don't put your prices up now cos I said that! I think you're great!!!!) Just give them a try, you won't find out if you don't try them at least once. P.S. by the way, I am a real customer!!
I have had problems with my account not deleting cards which couldn't be sent because the system wasn't working correctly, then the next time I tried to order, it wanted to send the previous ones that were way past the date. The customer services do not respond to problems, so the only option is to order elsewhere. The problem has now been cleared but only time will tell if it is going to reoccur. As this was one of the first of its kind, they seem to think they have the market and now don't give a damn, beware, there are others out there now that are a lot more efficient. Carry on the way you are going and you will be left behind with no customers. I for one will be looking elsewhere next time I want a card or gifts.
I ordered a card and some flowers as a thank you to my mum and dad. The flowers cost £40 and the card was free. The flowers were divered in a cardboard box staying keep upright and were left on the path in my mums garden. The box obviously blew over with it being the middle of winter. Once my mum had opened them I went round to see them and was incredibly disappointed. For £40 I was expecting a much bigger bouquet. If I had order a £40 bouquet through my local florist I would have got much better value for money. I was expecting to be blown away but unfortunately, wasn't. I won't be ordering flowers from moonpig again.
