I bought some 500Mbps Newlink Powerline Network adaptors from Faculty-X. The prices were the best I could find online, and they offered a quantity pricing scale. Dispatch was prompt, tracking omms were excellent, and the packaging was top notch - just what I want from an online retailer. Excellent experience and would shop again.

First class service
Ordered 4 X 500mbps 3 port homeplug adapters on Monday after an e-Mail conversation with Richard to determine suitability. They arrived on Wednesday morning ten minutes before the scheduled 1 hour delivery slot. Up and running within an hour from then. Excellent ... very pleased. I'd recommend Faculty-X to anybody.

Amazing service and technical support
I have a large house and had been trying PC World and Maplin options to try and extend our internet coverage. No luck with single unit Powerlines and Range Extenders, so I called in an expert who simply told me I was looking in the wrong place! He pointed me to Faculty-X on the net and there were unlimited unit Powerlines at 500mps, Long Range Antennas, all at prices less that any base unit plus one extender from the suppliers above.
I got the order wrong so had to call the number on the site, answered after two rings, I wanted the units without passwords, nothing was too much trouble, all sorted.
Two days later it all appeared, plug and play, amazing! My son came in 5 minutes later and asked what the hell I had done as his X-Box had just doubled in speed.
Immediately ordered another set for my business and in doing so phoned again and got the same fast response and same high quality advice. What more can i say.

Good company - bad couriers
Hadn't heard of this company but no fears in terms of the quality of the product we received, or their communication. They maybe need to re-think their choice of couriers, and use someone other than Interlink. We were promised a 1 hour time slot on Friday. That came and went, so I rang Interlink up, and they said the slot had been left out as they'd been busy, but we would have it by the end of the day. So, waited in till gone 6, and nothing. No further contact until they arrived on my doorstep on Monday morning, with one package and no apology. None of this is Faculty-X fault, other than their choice of couriers, so don't necessarily expect your item when you're told it will arrive. That's why I can only give 4 stars

First rate product and service.
The two homeplugs were delivered by Interlink Express on the day and one hour timeslot promised. The product is well designed and manufactured, working straight out of the box.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Ordered a new Solwise 500Mbps homeplug to replace one that had failed. The new unit was smaller in size than the original which was a plus and on testing between my other Solwise home plugs it was actually transferring data slightly faster, so I was happy on all accounts.
Faculty-X normally have very keen prices and they are my first website I visit when needing any network hardware.

Spot On!!!!!!
I was looking for a way to get my Freesat box linked up the othe internet to get BBC i player and ITV player and I linked to this Company from a help search page. They (Faculty) explained exactly what the item was and how it worked and what length cable came with it and all with a great price. Plugged them in pressed a couple of buttons as instructed and Bobs Your Uncle!!! Working.

Like fast food... cheap, quick, and satisfying! (but NOT bad for your health)
I bought a Homeplug AV500 plugtop from these guys.
It was unusual in having no less then 3 ethernet ports in it. Perfect for sticking behind my TV in the lounge and feeding my various set top boxes with internet!
Works a treat. In fact it works just as well as my more expensive pair of hopmeplugs that I've teamed it up with. All this for a mere £18, and it arrived two days later, as promised!

Prompt and efficient delivery of exactly what I need for the boat
Ordereda a tube U adapter and engenius 8dBi aerial for use on my boat, having found faculty-x site extremely clear and helpful.
Asked for and got next day delivery and took straight to the boat,installed the Ralink software plugged in and immediately in commission. Very clear utility and, so far at least providing great service.
Only gripe is the engenius mounting which while designed for outdoor uses clearly not sufficiently robust for marine use. Would feel happier with nylon mounting tube and stainless u-bolts or nylon clamp with stainless bolts not aluminium and (galvanised or painted steel?) u-bolts. Am up to making my own so not a real problem.

Dependable and swift order and delivery, backed up by good advice.
This is the third time I've made a purchase from Faculty-X in about 4 years, each time associated with improving the wifi network in my house. I'm practical and have a basic knowledge of the technicalities, but appreciate the knowledgable guidance that is provided on request either confirming the route I had intended to take, or suggesting that there may be a better way to solve my problem. It has always been good advice, and I will return the next time I need this sort of product.
Point of principal for me is that Faculty-X provided me with advice, therefore I buy from them. Not difficult to do, because their delivery is prompt and their prices are competitive.

Great Item I can thoroughly recommend it.
I have just purchased a unit from Faculty X, it enables me to use my laptop in the conservatory and connect to the web via the electricity circuits in my house. I was getting fed up with the wireless signal dropping out and having to reboot all the time.
It works straight from the box and no setting up required, I can even use it in my shed
without any more wiring. Fantastic!.

Tech that works at an excellent price with service to match.
I ordered an additional 3port home plug to expand my home network into a different room. The model I had was discontinued an alternative new model was supplied. Plug and play. Worked straight out of the box as stated on the website. Great site with the information you need to make the correct choice. If you need it and they have it, buy it.

I called to enquire about a homeplug and if it was suitable for a different brand and I was nervous, I was told that it was suitable so purchased the plug. I ordered an omni-directional Wifi booster and it was delivered within a couple of days.
It was exactly as described on the website, worked straight out of the box, once drivers were loaded and definitely boosts Wifi reception.
