Here is an email I sent to Domino's regarding the ordeal I undertook attempting to order food, do have a read as an insight to what is in store if you are looking for some late night fast food...
Dear whomever it may concern,
I am contacting you regarding my complete and utter dissatisfaction at the service I received from your branch last night. I will list in depth the lengthy process I had to go through in order to receive my food.
Firstly, I placed my order late last night at a total amount of £56.93 online. I was informed that my order had been confirmed at 03:14. I then called your branch at 03:36 to inquire as to what time the food was likely to be delivered as it wasn't stated online, I was informed that my order was nonexistent and to wait for a call back. When I rang back again at 03:40 I was told that I did in fact have an order but as it was over £50 it needed confirming by the store before the order could be processed and therefore had not been taken! Considering the fact I hadn't been informed of this when I rang the first time I was baffled and upset as I had multiple hungry people to feed. Also, on the 23rd March I made an online order with the subtotal of £80 and I can assure you this was not the protocol, it seemed that my order had been forgotten about and excuses were being made! I was then told to wait for another call back to confirm my order- which may I add I have a screen shot of my online order confirmation at 03:14!
I did receive a call back this time and was told that my order will now be processed; this was at 04:21 which is completely ridiculous considering I confirmed my order at 03:14! I spoke to several different members of staff last night and was told different things by all of them and each member of staff treated me with the same level of disrespect and equal disregard of compassion. I didn't feel that ANYBODY took any responsibility for the mistake nor was anybody even mildly apologetic.
I made another phone call at 04:56 to check on my order as by now and as you can imagine I had no faith in your system and was told that there was no record of my order! I asked to speak to the manager and your very rude manager told me that my order was on its way. I am exasperated as to how your business functions.
At 05:07 I had an incoming phone call from your driver telling me he was outside- of course he wasn't. I waited another 20 minutes whilst trying to find the driver; I had to walk 5 minutes away from my address at this time of the night to find him. At this point I was exhausted from the drama and extremely hungry. Your driver was equally rude, unapologetic and actually told me in a very sarcastic way to 'give the right address next time' which he stated as he showed me the address written on the order which was my correct address- the address I and my flatmates have received multiple orders from beforehand.
Just to add insult to injury one of the pizzas was dip-less.
No discount or even apology was offered at one point and I ended up spending £56.93 on four pizzas (minus one dip), three wraps and an evening of anguish at the hands of your business.
I am adamant that something be done about this as I really love your food and always have done and will be very unhappy if I have to move on to less enjoyable late night take-a-ways due to NO fault of my own.
I understand that you will be as shocked and disgusted as I am and will do everything in your power to amend your stores wrong doings and I am grateful for this, please get back to me as soon as possible so I can once again sing Domino's' praise and order again soon and will no longer be forced to tell the events of last night to my friends, family and social network followers.
So I ordered food on Saturday from stamford hill, london. The food was over an hour late. Turned up stone cold to royally top it off I now have food poisoning. To say im annoyed is an understatement. Never will I use them again. And I advise anyobe else to stay clear aswell!
-10 rating! Wil be contacting the food hygiene people In to take a visit to their branch
Usually acceptable but last order took two and a half hours from Dominos Elephant & Castle, then arrived cold and on wrong base. Not what you need when you're hungry. Our movie was long finished and the whole evening was a bit of a disappointment.
Ordered 2 texas BBQ pizzas. Specifically asked for no peppers. it came to my door with peppers. So I rung up and explained the problem. They tell me sorry and say that I can have the pizzas delivered again with no peppers. Like I originally asked for. Or that I can have them sent out another day free of charge. It was getting late so I chose the latter. On the weekend I ring up and ask for my pizzas whithout the peppers that they promised me. For cocking up the order before. I ended up speaking to this stupid eastern european women called judy or dudite or some rubbish like that. She tells me its not on the system. So the lad i had spoked too before had not done his job or this what all dominos do after they promise you something.Shes the manager by the way. Rude arrogant women. She ignored me for ages and hung up numerous times. I eventually got the emergancy contact details from another member of staff. If this is the type of person dominos see as good management material they must be clueless. That lady was disgusting. I have been a customer of dominos for years. Will now be going to pizzahut. Oxley park store milton keynes. Stay well clear.
Worst place to order takeaway pizza from. Twice now they have got our order wrong! 1st time ordered a pizza with which we were supposed to get a free garlic pizza bread with - pizza arrived no garlic bread when we complained they told us they would make a note on our account and that we could claim next time. 2nd time ordered a half and half pizza and supposedly our free garlic bread which there was no recognition of on our account! Once again pizza delivered and no garlic bread! Staff are rude and un willing to change order even when the mistake is made by them!
Thought I'd try dominoes for the first time. Very disappointing rang and complained they were very apologetic and now making new one's. Its not good enough it should have been perfect the first time. It was very dry cold and burnt round edges. I asked for double mushrooms there were two small bits on each slice. With numerous pizza shops in this town you would think they would make more effort to please the customer!
Delivery is always early, never had any items missing, it's always hot and tastes so yummy! Nothing better than dipping a cheese stuffed crust into the garlic and herb dip!
The food can be a bit expensive, but if you are going to complain about it, then don't buy from there! You pay for good quality :)
Domino's Honley, Huddersfield.
Normally use Pizza Hut, fancied a change and ordered Domino's online. Last order was spot on and very nice so ordered again tonight. Placed order online at 19.30 for a 21.00 delivery which I thought was ample notice. Got the meal an hour late and it was cold. I will use again though but not for a while, its a shame as I love their meals.
For a £15 medium pizza, I would like to see a little bit more than 7 cherry (mini) tomatoes cut in halves (at least *one* whole tomato per slice), evidence of onion, a whole 1/4 of a green pepper would have been nice.....a whole slice of ham (not just a few bits scattered here and there) and a base that actually tasted of something....anything...! Worst pizza I have ever eaten.
Their option to pay for double cheese is a fraud ...pizza always arrives with little to no cheese.
I usually buy my pizza from supermarkets or Indian takeaways but decided to push the boat out and order an authentic Italian pizza for my husband , my grandson and myself from Allestree Derby
I ordered 10 slice Chicken Feast, 10 slice Tandoori Hot pizzas and a bottle of diet coke. We also has cheese balls garlic bread and ice cream.
This took one hour to deliver.
I opened the boxes with great anticipation ..there they were ...not one but two!!!!
New York Deli pizzas!!!!!!! also non diet coke!!!I tried to contact the shop but got the engaged tone and there was nowhere on-line to complain .. The pizzas were disgusting!!! Never again!!!!
I was soooo disappointed .. I really wanted to experience this but was denied it.
£25 wasted. They mostly ended up in the bin as my grandson hates onions and my husband hates hot dog sausages. firstname.lastname@example.org
Really unhappy with Dominoes, 90% of the time i have ordered from them they have either messed up my order or the pizza is overcooked. The last time i ordered from Rayners Lane was the last straw when i called them to complain as my pizza was yet again burnt and the manager argued with me over the phone that it was not burnt...without her even seeing the pizza. They did offer me a free pizza next time i order though. but that's not really going to help as i will certainly not be ordering from them any more. What i cannot understand is if all they do all day is make pizza, how is it they manage to send burnt pizza's out the door?? How difficult can it be?
Well done dominos undoubtably the worst pizza yet, I appreciate I ordered thin and crispy but you took that to the extreme, ive seen thicker asdas own brand crisps than your base, and I can only assume that thin brown crust on top was originally cheese, you delivered it to me and I delivered it to the bin, no wonder your proffits have dropped. I never thought any pizza company could make icelands four for a pound frozen pizzas look and taste good, but you done well done and that is exactly what your pizza was very well done
Dominos is a case study in how to let a dime-store CEO ruin a fantastic product. Before the mid 90's, Dominos was pretty close to a legit pizzaria. Even then it wasn't going to ove rimpress you when compared to a legit joint with a brick oven, but it wasn't bad.
Fast forward and you find yourself buying their frozen pizza for MORE than the total of your local artisan place. Their product got so trashy that customers began leaving en mass, thus prompting a much publicized recipe change. Any CEO with a human brain would have understood this meant a need to return to hand tossed dough, made in store, quality sauce with fresh herbs, and cheese that has more in common with milk than xantham gum.
But not Dominos! No, they painted their ridiculous crust with garlic fat, tossed a bunch of sugar in their sauce, and that cheese was probably mixed in a lab somewhere. They put a coat of fugly paint over their product and called it improved.
As with all things, price point matters. If the company had the forethought to charge a reasonable price for their grocery store grade product, I wouldn't have room to complain. But when you consider that the company way overcharges for the base price, includes a mandatory delivery fee AND the pretty much obligatory tipping culture, you can easily pay near $20 for a single large pie. I can go down to my local pizzaria, get a pie that would make grandmama proud for just over $10.
Avoid this company like the plague.
Ordered at 10:20pm, called at 11, 11:20, 11:40 and 12:10am to finally be told the driver got lost and the shop was now shut. Not only that but even having waited an hour and 50 minutes to hear I was getting no food, and no means of getting any that night as I live in quite a rural area, I kept reserved on the phone as the lady dealing with my query was unapologetic, rude and and I lived in a difficult area. And no point did the driver or the lady at the shop call me to let me know the progress. Disgusted and left hungry. Thanks dominos.
My delivery was half an hour late so my pizza and wings were freezing and rock solid by the time the driver got to my house, and on top of that it wasnt even my complete order, massive massive massive fail tonight

I used to be a loyal Perfect Pizza customer, but they soon turned to sh!t. The opening of a local Domino's restaurant came to my rescue! Slightly overpriced (I usually use the £9.99 collection deal) but I cannot fault the Large Meateor - Same pizza, same great quality every time. Been using the iPhone app since I got my new phone and although it's a bit confusing when it prompts you to '+ add to order' as you're not sure if that means add extras to what you've already chosen... Turns out not - that's just what you have to do to get it to appear in your basket - I still love it! You can stay updated via the app on the progress of your order from start to finish so you can time the collection perfectly! Nice one Castle Brom! :)
Ordered a deal, got a pizza and combo, I told the man on the phone Im paying by card, the delivery guy didn't bring the machine, had to stand there with driver and call the shop to pay by phone, the machine in the shop wasnt working. Agreed to a callback later to pay, took food in, halfway through combo I spot a short dark hair stuck to some food. Felt sick. Phoned and complained. The guy didnt seem helpful and eventually offered to replace the combo. I don't actually want their food anymore but that was all he was willing to do. So I'm waiting for that to arrive and ill give the driver their hairy food back. Will NOT be ordering from the palmers green north London branch again.

hi this is tanmeet from warangal ,..i with my freinds have visited " dominos warangal " today...it was awesome eating the pizzas there...Mr.G.Mahesh(the staff member ) served us very delightfully and his way of communication with us was also exellent...he explained us very well about the menu....it was really awesome .....my number 8801806565
EVERYTIME WE ORDER SOMETHING ALWAYS BAD HAPPENS THEY ALWAYS MISS ITEMS OFF THE ORDER YOU PHONE THEM BACK THEY BRING THE OTHER ITEMS 45 MINUTES LATER WHEN CLEARLY THE FOOD HAS BEEN EAT.
THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY TIMES WHY PAY FOR FOOD THAT YOU DONT ACTUALLY GET WE NOW GO TO PIZZA HUT AND HAVE NOT LOOKED BACK SINCE.
SO DOMINOS REVIEW 1/10 AND GIVING THEM A 1 SEEMS TO NICE.
BAD SERVICE BAD COMPANY THEY CLEARLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE.
Was at work and my daughter wanted a dominos pizza. I wasn't keen because by the time I got home then ordered it would be 9ish before I got my pizza. However, I went online and discovered that I could pay via PayPal! I was delighted! It meant I could order the pizza before leaving work and not have to worry about being home in time to pay for it!
The pizza itself was delicious. I got one of the special offers which made it worthwhile, but if it wasn't for that then I wouldn't have paid the prices.
I ordered a pizza from Domino's and they said it would arrive in at least 20 minutes-- it actually arrived in 12! On top of the insanely fast delivery time, the pizza tasted great and with the deal I picked managed to feed my family for a good price.
We had placed a big order today for work colleagues and I must say we was very impressed with the service and customer care we received. Everything ordered was correct - no issues. I placed the order with a lovely guy called Gary at the Bolton Central shop - a big thank you to him to ensuring we got everything in the order - we will definitely be returning soon :)
We were skeptical about trying Dominos as we always have been using Pizza Hut , but since Dominos were running a special offer we decided to try them by making an online purchase .
The process of using their online payment system was very easy to use and the ordering process was really easy . We received our pizza within half an hour and it was the best pizza we have had for a long time . We had a New Yorker & an Extravaganza large pizza .
The only mishap of the night is that they brought us a normal coke instead of a diet coke as we had ordered .
With so many outlets I can believe that some are better than others and hope that every one of them can follow the example of service we have received from the Leyton branch .
After a less than satisfactory service the last time we ordered, the Bolton Central store surpassed themselves with our most recent order and I would struggle to find fault with even the smallest aspect. After being provided with a large discount as an apology, we also received further money off and some free items were thrown in for good measure. They updated us by phone as to how the order was progressing and could not have done more us. Thank you Garry and the team, you have truly regained my trust and I shall continue to sing your praises to everyone I know! Well done guys!!!

Very nice pizza, can't really find better that deliver to my house. Large Meteor cannot be beaten, Very fast delivery service (Sometimes takes only 20 minutes after order being placed).
Big problem is, without a 50% code the pizza's are a ridiculos price. Even with a 50% off they are verging on expensive, so i only order on tuesdays or when a 50% off code is available.
I had a Delivery From Domino's Pizza Tonight And Thought The Price Was Awful And The Menu Very Confusing. It Definitely Lacked Tomato Sauce And I thought It Was Dry!!! And I have Had Better Pizza From A Frozen Aisle In Iceland However The Delivery Time Was Very Quick. Also After the Digestion process I am Starting to have Bowel Issues!!!
The employees are very rude and miserable. I was pretty much conned as they overcharged me when I got to the shop. On top of that, the pizza tasted awful, the pizzas that you get from Iceland for £2 were nicer! Next time I want a take away pizza, I will be ordering off Just Eat as they are nicer and better value.

I've been a customer of Dominos for many years and I've always found them to be exceptional. My local store (Bordon, Hampshire) are always courteous and keen to ensure I receive the best deals at the time. Delivery is pretty good (sometimes a little later than I'd like). Even went out of their way to give my daughter a balloon when we placed an order in shop last year.
Great customer service Dominos!
