Excellent service
Ordered a back friend at about 2pm in the afternoon online. The site said order before 12 and you'll have it the next day so I was expecting it to arrive the day after. Much to my pleasant surprise, I got an email with a couple of hours to say it'd been dispatched and lo & behold it arrived the following day.

Extremely helpful, knowledgable and excellent delivery service.
I used Back In Action to purchase 2 Tripp Trapp Chairs for my twins. The staff that I dealt with we're very helpful answered all my questions and allowed me to reserve the items while I discussed our options with my husband.
Our purchase arrived within a few days just as promised.
I put the chairs together to find that a small part (fitting for extended glider) was faulty, I called BIA to explain and was promised a new part would've sent out immediately. It arrived the very next day!
I have since used them again and the service was just as prompt.

We've ordered all of our Stokke Tripp Trapp products from Back in Action and have found it to be extremely good. I ordered the Tripp trapp highchair for my 1yr old daughter. It was delivered 24hrs after I placed the order & I was kept informed of the status of delivery even down to the estimated delivery time. (it actually arrived 2minutes early!)
The price was the best on the Internet.
Over all I am very impressed with the service & would highly recommend back in action to anyone.

Thanks to Back in Action - I'm back in action!
What a revelation!! If you have a genuine back problem or if you want to avoid getting one, Back in Action provides skilled, knowledgeable staff who are a delight to deal with. My back problems and needs were addressed with great care and humour and it was made clear that I, as the customer, had a voice which needed to be heard and respected - how wonderfully refreshing!
I purchased a Mammoth mattress from the store in Amersham after spending well over an hour making a decision. The mattress was delivered within the time frame and gave me the best night's sleep I have had in a long time.
Whilst I cannot speak for the other Back in Action stores, I can say unreservedly that the experience of my Saturday morning in Amersham was most fruitful and enjoyable.

Prompt delivery and the product met my expectations
There is a bewildering array of back supports on the internet, so I plumped for the same support that a friend had lent me for a few months and I had found very beneficial. It isn't glamorous, but it is light-weight, functional and serves the purpose.

Good value, excellent service. Let down slightly by courier.
Our order (a Trip Trap chair) was processed efficiently and despatched the day after our order was placed.
The staff at Back in Action were exceptionally helpful; we got great personal service when the courier company failed to find our address (they eventually delivered our Trip Trap chair a day later than scheduled and the delivery man was quite grumpy when he eventually found us).

I ordered a Tripp trapp chair and there was a small manufacturing fault with it. Back in action replaced the chair no questions asked. New chair with us overnight. Brilliant. Cannot recommend more highly.

I ordered a Tripp trapp which arrived in less than 24 hours. I had a problem putting it together and phoned for help. Staff were very helpful, the problem was due to me not putting it together properly rather than a faulty product!

Good supplier - poor product
I was happy with the service from Back in Action but the seat of the Backfriend makes it very uncomfortable in the car, (which was our main reason for buying), or any other chair in the home that we tried it on. However, if you detach the back support from the seat it works well on its own in the car.

Easy to deal with but process for payment allowed for errors
check the credit card details you give : if you make a typo their website doesn't tell you there is an error. I think they manually type the details in the next day and then leave you a message on a secure website to tell you rather than just phoning you up

Really impressed with how efficient the company are and how quick my item was delivered
I ordered my item about 9:30 on a Thursday evening, I had a phone call 9am Friday as I had made an error on my order, and then my item was delivered by 10:30 Monday morning. The staff were really polite and efficient. I am also really impressed with the quality posture pack that I bought. Initially it took me ages to decide on what posture pack to buy and where from - this was the most expensive but we are so happy with it as it is so compact and useful and should last through my sons school years, so well worth it and our son loves it, very comfortable for him and helping him sit up whilst writing.

Backfriend was recommended to me by a friend and I found Back in Action the cheapest to buy from. Excellent very fast service.
Packaging very damaged so perhaps stronger cardboard needed.
