service was fine but the site was not functioning properly

Everything was fine but when I tried selecting strawberry or vanilla flavour it would change it to chocolate or latte in my basket. After fiddling around for a while I just thought I'd get latte even though it's not what I wanted. Delivery came quick though.

cancelled order and was given poor excuse

I recently ordered 5kg of whey protein at an extremely good price. I was then told later in the day my order was cancelled due to stock running out, I would have been happy to wait for the items and also didn't understand why they would advertise a product that is out of stock. I was disappointed by this response and can't see myself using this website again.

Absolutely brilliant

Can't really ask more from a protein company!!! high quality products at very reasonable prices!!! always have had fast deliveries, I have ordered from myprotein many times and have never had a problem!!! The only difficulty is deciding what products to buy!!! :)

Best service on the web

I have been a longstanding customer of my protein for nearly 5 years and they have never let me down with and order or have I ever felt like I have been over charged, product quality is always top class.

GOOD SELECTION OF PRODUCTS & FAST DELIVERY

Attracted by the description of quality of their products and very decent pricing I have recently tried Myprotein.com for the first time.

The order arrived within 2 days and the supplement seems to be working at least as well as my previous favoured brand.

Based on this order I would recommend Myprotein.com

Fantastic!

Not only do they give an accurate description of their products there are individual reviews on each product from real people listing their views and likes/dislikes. The shipping was also right up there, with my order getting to me early the very next day. Overall extremely impressed with MyProtein!

best products I've tried by far!!!

I just purchased my protiens impact whey mint chocolate and have to say it is by far the best tasting protien shake I have ever had, also the protien cookies are amazing would deffinitely recomend trying them. I'm currently half way through a bottle of protien water which has and incredible taste. Great company excelent products!

Would love to know what my purchase was like.

I've just had exactly the same experience as a chap further down these reviews. Courier company (YODEL) has apparently said that they left my package "in a safe place" but seeing as I have no front or back garden and my neighbour does not have it I fail to see where this safe place would have been!

After spending about £8 in phone calls to try to discover what's going on, then being promised a call back (after myprotein had spoken to Yodel) and not receiving it I've finally been sent a form which needs printing out, signing and posting! I ordered this bundle on the 1st May - it's now the 14th and I'm being told that I need to get this form back to myprotein before the process of finding out what's happened with my bundle really starts.

This is so much time wasted now, all in the vain hope of getting my £50 order as a first time customer! Not a great experience which is odd as I had heard good things about myprotein.

Fast and exactly as specified

Very good product, arrived very fast after ordering. Only reason not given 5 stars is the delivery man dropped box over side gate - nothing was damaged and saved having to go to a depot but the box was fairly beaten up as it had 5kgs of protein powder in!

Will definitely use again.

Great effective products and service is top notch.

I have been using Total breakfast and Huricane XS for almost a month now and have already started to see gains, I feel healthier overall too! Customer service are always happy to help if I have any issues.

It gets better

Had it twice. Tastes kind of bad first couple of servings (in my experience), but that taste seems to fade away . Too early to tell whether it's effective or not, but I'm feeling a bit healthier.

Great product - why no free scoop?!?!

Great product. Bit cheeky having to buy a scoop to use it though. Can't be that expensive to chuck a free plastic scoop in the bag. Having to use my maximuscle scoop to use your product. I hope you do chuck a free scoop in the bag in the future as it is a very good product with this being its only flaw.

Precisely on time, cheap and correct

My order came on time and they gave me a precise time it would come rather than saying some time between 1 and 7, the correct items came and it was cheap and well packaged. What more can I ask for?

Great Products and service

I have just gone from a 215lbs man that worked out mainly for size and decided to cut and go for definition. First of all I dieted and concentrated mainly on cardio to cut to 180lbs using just myproteins creatine gluconate. I found that this helped me power through the long cardio sessions. Then once I hit 180lbs I started using myproteins True Whey Choc Orange flavour as that was on offer at the time. That was 7 weeks ago now and I have added around 6lbs of lean mass and I am only my second bag of the true whey. I decided to go for the strwberry this time. Both flavours have been much better then any of the competitors that I have tried and I have tried a lot over the last 10 years. Another plus of myprotein is I ALWAYS receive my goods the next day without a hiccup. So far I am very happy

good service products that work

Everything is simple and does what it says on the tin. Is cheaper than branded crap in stores at double the price and prob less quality.

Only thing is when 1 item is out of stock the whole order is held up and notifications on eta are slightly lacking but that's the only issue i have ever had. Other than that perfect double thumbs up :-)

Worst customer service ever.

I have been purchasing supplements from MyProtein since 2009. The last few times I have bought from them deliveries were delayed because they took forever to ship out. The last time I ordered for them, they took about two weeks and sent the wrong item. After trying to use email to communicate and having to wait 48h+ for responses I decided to use the phone, having to hold 1h+, and this is no cheap number to call! When they finally "sent out" the right item, I was told it was sent by regular mail by mistake and could take up to month! I waited one month, the item didn't come. I was told to send in a form for a refund, which I have sent in several times with no response. I'm done!

Disappointed that I didn't receive the promised T Shirt. This has happened before with your SPECIAL OFFERS. I received an email stating that I would qualify for a free T shirt if my next order was over £60. It was actually over £70 and I entered the requested Offer code. It could be that I did something wrong. Perhaps you should make your claims easier to understand. I used to get e-mails telling me that I had earned points which gave me a discount off my next order. Whenever I made my next order I received a message telling me that my account showed NO POINTS. Puzzling. I order from you because it is convenient and your delivery is very reliable. Great products, fast delivery

I placed an order on Wednesday with standard delivery, and it has arrived very quickly, faster than the delivery time scales. It was delivered with Yodel, but despite their other reviews, I had no problems. The cookies taste great, and the jumper fits excellently.

I've now placed several orders with Myprotein, and only one had a problem, this was rectified very quickly and easily.

Great experience, and I will definitely be ordering from Myprotein again.
